BRAZILIAN AND LATINO SHOWS
Our professional performers will raise the ENERGY levels with their vibrant, visually exciting performance of dance, music and cabaret. With beautiful costumes and world class choreography's, this cultural performance will make your occasion truly something to remember.
We pride ourselves for our international recognition as Australia’s leading World Representatives of Salsa and Samba Dance, including well-known performer Jaime Jesus, judge from ABC’s Strictly Dancing and his famous team:, Little Liz, Richard Natividad, Jenni Brennan, Mary-Grace Brown & Sujit Dey. And also our Brazilian Dancers: Sandra Betrus, Laura Frost, Graziela Brenno, Amy Mills & Marcia Pinheiro.
Show duration can be from 15 minutes to 1 hour and you can choose from 2 to 12 dancers.

The show format will depend on duration and number of dancers requested. Below is a description of all performance numbers which will give you an overview of what is in store for you.
• We open the show with a dance extravaganza that mixes the flavors of Latin Jazz, Salsa, Shines, and Brazilian Samba, which introduces you to the members of the group.
• Right after the preview of our magnificent show we start with fast spins and incredible tricks which are part of our dazzling SALSA performance to give you a taste of worldwide most popular dance.
• The CHA-CHA number will display an elegant touch to your female audience where the male performers will burn the floor with their impressive footwork.
• Our CAPOEIRA number is an exhilarating display of this very popular Brazilian martial art! You'll see death-defying acrobatic feats and maneuvers all to the authentic fast-paced tempo of Brazilian percussion.
• From a famous place in the North of Brazil, Salvador, a new way to celebrate Carnival was invented and it’s called AXE (pronounced: ash-eh)! Performed by the beautiful Brazilian girls this number will delight your guest and it will prepare them to one of the highlights of the show…
• LAMBADA is known to be the most sensual dance in the world. After we've shown you how it's done, we'll be asking your audience to participate in a fun dance routine. Laughter is guaranteed!
• Next number is an exuberant Brazilian SAMBA BATUCADA* which means Brazilian drums, with Brazilian Dancers in feathers on their traditional samba bikini costumes and parading drummers. You'll be glad if you have front row seats to this Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
• GRAND FINALE! We end the show with a beautiful parade that will introduce our members of the show and then they will invite your guest to join them in a fun dancing.
*The Samba Batucada option can be done as: live drums or same drumming version in CD. Please note: Live drums are available only when Capoeira is chosen.

•SBS - The reality TV Program "Nerds FC" had an entire episode with LDA dancers as instructors to test the guys skills in the dancing field in 2006;
•ABC - Our Artistic Director, Jaime Jesus, was the judge for the popular Strictly Dancing Show 2004/ 2005;
•ABC - "The way we were" invited LDA to be part of a full episode in the special with John O'Connel, the choreographer of Moulin Rouge;
