There has been a fitness frenzy at the LDA Studios this month!
With more Zumba classes, Samba Classes and a brand new fitness challenge extended to anyone who dares to sweat, the studio has been steaming up!
So we are a dance studio come fitness studio … all I want now is a café in the foyer!

LDA BALL 2011

The choreographies for this year’s LDA Ball have kicked off with fun, laughter and hard work.
We are now 4 weeks in and the seedlings of movement and expression have been planted and are been watered gently by the teachers each week to ensure a beautiful bouquet of colors and talents unfold on that big stage at the Sydney Sports Centre in September.

Unfortunately we are not taking anymore bookings, but expressions of interest are always welcome

Now with the 3rd studio in place LDA is offering studio space for hire.
Whether you are training for a particular event or competition or just want to get together with a few friends to practice the moves you learnt in class, there is now space available for hire!
This open space is also brilliant for corporate functions or events.
