Zouk/Lambada: Is also a couple style of dance; it involves a lot of body movement and is considered the most sensual Latin dance in the world. Zouk is essentially a variation of Lambada - whilst Lambada is more acrobatic, Zouk is more stylised and utilises a lot of turns. Although it is based upon that familiar 3/4 rhythm, it uses a fairly different footwork technique. More information - Video Zouk
Bachata: This popular dance rhythm is from The Dominican Republic and has quite easy basics with a sensuous touch on the hips movement; it is an intense close dance style including many turn variations. Bachata is defined as fun, merriment, a good time, or a spree, but in the Dominican Republic, in addition to the emotional quality of fun and enjoyment suggested by the dictionary definition, it referred specifically to get-togethers that included music, drink, and food. Gafieira (also called Samba de Gafieira): Is a
ballroom dance expression of Brazilian samba musical rhythm. The samba
music played by a ballroom orchestra, or the dancing hall where it is
performed is also referred as to Gafieira. Gafieira is usually an
elegant partner dance, although in artistic performances it is not

Spin Techniques: This class is for those who want to spin like Little Liz by developing balance, body control, arm frame and tension, timing and “spotting” technique for spins and turns.

Forró: Is a kind of North Eastern Brazilian dance, danced in couples, as well as a word used to denote the different genres of music which accompanies the dance. It has a very simple basic step but can be elaborated to tricks, dips and turn patterns. Also the music has such a nice beat to dance to. More information
Kizomba: Is one of the most popular genres of dance and music created in Angola. Derived directly from Zouk music, it is a genre of music with a romantic flow mixed with African rhythm. The kizomba dancing style is known to be very sensual. Kizomba was developed in Angola in late 1989 to early 1990's. It is a fusion of Semba (the predecessor of samba) with the Zouk music styles from the French Caribbean Islands. Video Kizomba
