1. Bookings are essential for all courses. Without booking you will not be allowed to the class – including Gold Card Holders.
2. Bookings made from the third class on will generate an administration fee of $5.00 for Gold Card Holders.
3. Numbers are restricted and courses are filled on a first come first served basis.
4. Duration is 1 hour for all classes.
5. Please arrive 20 minutes early for the first class and report to the reception desk, you will have to complete your enrolment form.
6. If you never completed an enrolment form before please do it at any time.
7. Go to the reception desk at the start of every class to mark your attendance.
8. If you miss 4 consecutive classes you’ll be automatically removed from the attendance list. To be re-enrolled a $5.00 administration fee will apply.
9. If you miss 4 or more classes during the course you will not be able to enrol in the next level. You’ll have to re-take the same level on next term. No Revision Combos will apply on this case.
10. Some courses fill very quickly and some attract smaller numbers. If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled and you will be informed. If this happens, your course fee will be refunded in full or you may transfer to another course.
11. Due to our structure, no make up classes will be allowed except with the presence of a medical certificate.
12. On the occasion that a class is cancelled, you can either take a catch-up class or receive a credit for your next course.
13. No Casual Classes are allowed.
14. Free Class Passes are only valid for the first class of any course, please let us know about it when making the booking.
15. If you don’t mark “no” in your Enrolment form we will add your e-mail address into our newsletter database. You may ask to have it removed at anytime.
16. If you have given us your mobile number we will be sending you SMS reminders and special offers for courses that you are enrolled

1. Full payment must be received prior to starting your first class and there is no refund for absence. If the payment has not been received you will not be allowed into the class.
2. COURSES are NOT REFUNDABLE.
3. A $2 fee applies for all Credit Card transactions.
4. All bootcamps and workshops have to be pre-paid - at the time of the booking.
5. Transfers are only allowed with approval from an LDA Senior Instructor and a $5.00 administration fee will apply, per person, per course.
6. Private classes must be pre-paid. Any cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
7. Any credits with LDA that do not hold a valid date will be valid for 6 months. (Conditions apply for special packages).
8. Payment options include: Cash, EFPTOS, Cheque and Credit Card (Visa, Amex and MasterCard).
9. All prices include 10% GST.
10. If you need a receipt please make a request at the reception desk and it will be ready on your next class.
11. If you are using any vouchers or passes to pay for your classes please bring them every time.
12. Gold Card holders must bring the card each first class of the course.
13. Only one PROMOTION may apply per course. They are not cumulative.
