It is a Brazilian themed fitness class that incorporates Brazilian music and dance movements with a flavour of other latin styles as well.
In our classes you will move and dance to music such as Samba, Axé, Brazilian Funk, Sertanejo universitario and a bit of other styles as Reggaeton, Merengue and more! Also a tiny bit of sit ups and strength exercises.
NO DANCING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome.

Dress Code: In accordance with such important nights, attire for the event is semi formal.

After the show, we will have a big party that will rock your socks off spoiled by Sydney’s best DJs and dancers. For sure an "unmissable" evening.
