The Person

Katrina is  widely recognised in the Australian Salsa Scene for infectious smile and friendly attitude on the dance floor.

She has an incredible flow on the dance floor and spins with such ease! Her body movement is as smooth as silk and she shines whenever she dances!

Recognised as one of the best followers in the Australian salsa scene, she is must to dance with if you come across or see her on the dance floor.

The Instructor and Choreographer

One of Australia's brightest stars, she has taught at Sydney's most prestigious schools such as Latin Motion, Club Salsa, Ilatin Dance, Modus Vivendi and Latin Dance Australia.

Her keen eye for detail and friendly and very approachable nature makes her a very popular teacher amongst her students.

Katrina’s teaching talents also stem to Choreographing as she choreographed various routines for different schools around Sydney.

Her latest routine been for the LDA Bachata Team that represented at the Sydney International Bachata Festival and the Australian Dance Festival.

The Performer

Katrina is an established member of the Modus Vivendi team. Since joining Modus Vivendi in 2006, she has performed at many major international events in places like Puerto Rico, New Zealand , Malaysia, San Francisco, Sydney and all over Australia. 

Katrina has won 5 National Salsa titles, including 4 with Modus Vivendi in the teams division and one with her partner at the 2007 Tropicana National Salsa Competition.

She was also a  pivotal member of the Modus Vivendi team that went all the way to the finals of the 2006 and 2007 World Salsa Championships in Las Vegas and Orlando.
